Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Vraj Dental Hospital, we value your time and strive to provide the best dental care. To confirm your appointment, a token amount is collected via Razorpay. Please read our cancellation and refund terms carefully:
- The token amount confirms your slot and is adjustable against the final bill after the consultation or procedure.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund of the token amount.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
- In case of any genuine emergencies or hospital-side rescheduling, the token amount will either be refunded in full or rescheduled as per your convenience.
